Refund Policy
Whilst we can't take the rap for what goes on in the post we do want our customers to be happy at all times. If anything should go skew-whiff and it's our fault then if time allows we'll resend the card or offer a refund if the deadline has passed. If a card goes missing in the post (not our fault) we will still happily print your card and mail it again at no extra cost to yourself.
